We want you to be happy with your purchase from FloridaSeaGlass.com. Since our sea glass is natural and one-of-a-kind, slight variations are normal.
Returns:
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.
Return shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
